Our Reviews
I had an absolutely fantastic car-buying experience at Culver City Toyota, thanks to the incredible help and professionalism of Jack (Sales Manager) and Alessandro (Internet Manager). With their expert guidance and no-pressure approach, I was able to drive away in a brand new 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid SEāa car Iāve had my eye on for a while! From the beginning, Alessandro made the process seamlessāquick to respond, and genuinely helpful in answering my questions. He made sure everything went smoothly, from test-driving to getting great financing option with Jackās help. Both of them were courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to making the experience easy and enjoyable. What really stood out to me was how respectful and efficient the entire process was, just honest people helping you get into the right car. If youāre looking for a new Toyota, I highly recommend Culver City Toyotaāand make sure to ask for Jack and Alessandro. Youāll be in great hands!
Omar in finance was passive-aggressive, unprofessional, and dismissive. His attitude added stress to the process and reflected poorly on the dealership. Such behavior is unacceptable in any professional setting. Viktor from sales was outstandingāfriendly, patient, and helpful. He made the first half of the car-buying experience smooth and pleasant. His professionalism stood in stark contrast to what followed.
Awful experience here particularly with Mo who doesnāt keep his word and totally took advantage of me. His manager George is no better, what a shame that I entrusted them. I wish I never had to deal with these liars again.
I feel so taken care of by these wonderful folks! Toyota really took care of servicing my vehicle, working with a difficult situation to repair my lifeline vehicle. They worked on my pricing with such a high level of care and responsibility, taking ownership and being incredibly proactive on servicing my vehicle. It could have literally saved my life. Demetrios really went to bat for me, and I got a loaner in the meantime (my next vehicle will be a Corolla Cross, which I will buy from Culver City Toyota if I can), and the repair work was done magnificently. So happy to be driving my little blue Prius C again. You really get what the best from Toyota: Toyota customer for life!
These guys at Culver City Toyota are so unprofessional. I submitted a cancellation to an extended warranty and they never got back to confirm receipt or that it has been put through and is in process. Angel Ruiz is the guy who doesn't know how to send an email or return a call. DO NOT buy from this dealership.
Horrible experience. Sheldon (who was a recommendation from friend) took days to get back to me with a counter. Once he did and I accepted, he stopped responding. Followed up with his manager Victor who said he would look into it and never responded back. STAY AWAY from this shady dealership unless you want bad customer service.
I have made at least 15 calls and wasted 4-5 hours but no one has been able to assist thus far. Purchased a 2020 Toyota Camry in February of 2020. Purchased at Culver City Toyota (CA). Had the vehicle serviced there until I moved out of Southern Cal in September, 2022. Have been getting that last two services at a new local dealer. Due to my services being taken by Culver City, I had to put out $100+ on my last service for that oil change as well. They brought to my attention the 2 years I have left on the extended service agreement only shows 1 more service to be used? I saw the service screen and it shows that Culver City Toyota has been adding fictitious back placed services that were never performed. The service manager in Culver City said everything looks good to him? The General Manager there, Randy Castellanos has yet to return one of my 5 message requests for a return call. He won't pick up the phone. The response by Toyota corporate has been just as bad. If I had to do it over again, I would have bought from Honda. Reconsider the brand and stay away from the scammers at Culver City Toyota. User's recommendation: Buy Honda!
went to buy and the finance manager was a disaster was mad for not buying a extra package of 7500 wich I didn't want to
This place is filled with a bunch of wolves in sheep's clothing. Just check out their yelp reviews. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
Culver City Toyota does not stand by their service. I had a new cylinder heads done less than 2 years ago. Due to the lockdowns my driving was limited. I go in for an oil change and Culver City Toyota tells me I need a new engine. Do not get your car serviced there, they do not stand by their work. Update, I replied to the email provided, and gave them over a week to respond. Yet, Culver City Toyota does not respond. This is more of a reason to avoid this service.
Enrique Dominguez was very rude and is quoted saying " I don't care if you buy a car from here" while pointing to the door. I made an appointment to see a Toyota tundra platinum. I drove from an hour away just to be mistreated and disrespected. Definitely don't come here! Avoid at all costs!
Warning warning Warning If youāre buying a car donāt go there. I have red the previous reviews and ignored them until i went there and learnt the hard way
Saw a law mileage late model car advertised. Confirmed price and availability with salesperson and made an appointment. Arrived to a chaotic parking lot and almost no customer parking. Met our salesperson m, drove the car, and decided to buy. No trade in. No financing. Cash dealā¦..until he added on $4k in dealer installs. Said good bye. He said no wait let me talk to the manager. He came back 10 minutes later and said okay we are all good to proceed. Then showed us that there were still $1400 intheft protection and windshield protection. Said nope. And started to leave. Manager came over with a printout and said that he paid $6k more than the posted sales price. We said okay, that wasnāt a smart buy but we are more careful with how we spend our money. He stood up and said you obviously arenāt going to to listen, so if you donāt pay the extra $1400, I canāt sell you the car. Needless to say, we left without purchasing the vehicle.
Horrendous customer service. It took over 6 hours to purchase the vehicle and we had cash. The car was filthy when we got there and we had to ask for it to be washed. The sales person knew we were coming as we made an appointment since were flying in from out of state. He did zero research on the car and we spent over an hour trying to figure out the bells and whistles on the car. The service package we were sold was completely useless. Our local dealership doesnāt honor it and Iāve spend the past several months trying to get it cancelled. We were told verbally weād be refunded and it would be cancelled, but the amount isnāt showing up correctly in the system and trying to get someone to answer the phone/ return calls is like pulling teeth. Theyāre definitely in the business of taking money, not customer service or customer satisfaction.
Worst customer service experience Iāve ever dealt with. She was very unprofessional and seemed moody and very short ended when it came to answering my questions. I refuse to purchase due to the horrific customer service
