I’ve taken my car to 3 different Toyota service locations and my experience here was by far the best. Everyone I interacted with genuinely appeared to enjoy their job. It made me feel assured that my car was in good hands and the whole experience for my covered service was seamless.

I live in South Carolina and wasted 11 days, Aug 13–24, trying to buy a listed 2019 Mercedes E 450 Cabriolet (VIN WDD1K6HB5KF099363) from this dealership. The salesperson sent photos and said the car needed body/mirror work and was not retail-ready. I asked for hold terms, a purchase agreement, the inspection sheet, and a clean out-of-state price. Despite many texts, emails and phone calls, I never received any of them. On Aug 24 the listing disappeared. A manager who identified himself as Duvier said the car was sold and that he would call me back. He did not.

This review is for Sales person Elena. She is rude and not professional! Base on other reviews from people dealing with her, it confirms her bad attitude towards clients. She should be behind desk on computer and not deal with customers!!!! This is not job for her!!!

Omar in finance was passive-aggressive, unprofessional, and dismissive. His attitude added stress to the process and reflected poorly on the dealership. Such behavior is unacceptable in any professional setting. Viktor from sales was outstanding—friendly, patient, and helpful. He made the first half of the car-buying experience smooth and pleasant. His professionalism stood in stark contrast to what followed.

Marcus C. Was so EXTREMELY helpful and patient with us as we navigated buying a new car for the first time in awhile. He was very attentive to our requests and gave honest and valuable feedback along the way. We reserved a car that wasn’t built yet and he kept us posted via text along the way and never once made us feel like we were annoying him. He was the best and I highly recommend going to him!

Awful experience here particularly with Mo who doesn’t keep his word and totally took advantage of me. His manager George is no better, what a shame that I entrusted them. I wish I never had to deal with these liars again.

We got our first car here and Janina Venegas along with Michaela Jackson greatly helped us in getting our ideal car! Smooth and awesome transaction!

Had one of two Cyber Trucks in the LA area that my nephew was interested in buying. Alas his accountant said they were banned in England because of the angular front won't pass inspections!

I had a situation with my last car and needed a new one as soon as possible. Mo took care of me from start to finish. I was very skeptical at first because you hear of tactics that car salesmen use and so on. I had a very great experience and I was able to leave with a car I wanted, a used VW Jetta. I will also note, the playlist playing at the car lot was very good as well. Thank you Culver City Toyota!
